Expedition Itinerary

  • Day 0: The Journey Begins

    • 10:30 PM departure from Lahore (Thokar Niaz Baig). Short rest stop at Bhera. Overnight travel toward Islamabad.

  • Day 1: Gateway to the Mountains

    • 04:00 AM pickup from Islamabad. Drive via Hazara Motorway, breakfast stop at Besham, and evening arrival for dinner/stay in Chilas.

  • Day 2: Jeep Track & Trek to Fairy Meadows

    • Travel from Chilas to Raikot Bridge. Shift to open-top 4×4 jeeps for the thrilling ride to Tatto Village. Begin the scenic trek up to Fairy Meadows for a night stay under Nanga Parbat.

  • Day 3: Wilderness Exploration (Beyal Camp)

    • Day trek to explore Beyal Camp, the reflecting lakes, and view the massive Nanga Parbat viewpoint base. Evening bonfire and music night setup.

  • Day 4: Heritage & The Return Journey

    • Trek down to Tatto Village, take the jeeps back to Raikot Bridge, and board your main vehicle. Return drive to Chilas or Besham for the night stay.

  • Day 5: Journey Home

    • Final travel back down the Hazara Motorway, arriving safely in Islamabad and Lahore by nightfall.

Children Policy

  • Under 3 Years: Free of Charge (Sitting on lap or folding seat if available).

  • 3 – 8 Years: 50% Charges apply (Allotted Jumper / Folding seat).

  • Above 8 Years: Full Charges apply (Allotted Standard seat).

Seat Arrangement Policy

  • Management Rights: Seats are strictly allotted by the management before departure.

  • Rotation: Seats will be shuffled daily during the tour for everyone’s convenience.

  • Specific Requests: For any specific seat demand, an additional Rs. 1,000/- per seat/day will be charged.

Discount Policy

  • Group of 5: Get Rs. 500/- Off per head on all seats.

  • Group of 10+: Get Rs. 1,000/- Off per head on all seats.

Key Terms & Conditions

  1. Cancellation Deadlines: 4 days or more notice results in no cancellation charges. More than 48 Hours notice results in a 50% cancellation fee on the advance amount. 48 Hours or less notice results in a 100% cancellation fee on the advance amount.

  2. Itinerary Changes: Itineraries may be modified due to weather, landslides, roadblocks, or local political events. PTP does not cover extra vehicle charges if roads are closed due to heavy snowfall or landslides.

  3. Prohibitions: Drug possession/use, weapons, smoking inside the transport vehicle, and violent or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

  4. Hotel Check-in/out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early arrivals must wait patiently for room turnover.
